I think....
It's O.K. right now but I think saving up until you can buy the big house has been done, try something new? Maybe make a time limit and the goal is to make the most money in that time?

It was short but fun.
I don't know what you mean, it wasn't laggy and simply fun, although it doesn't last long and you could add so much to it, many more buildings and upgrades/ ect ill leave that up to you, it was fun for 10 minutes, good work. 9.

Very simple..
The only challenge in this game is to buy the mansion as quickly as possible, so that you have to keep your eye on multiple properties simultaneously. But that alone wasn't interesting enough for me to try to get on the leaderboard.
Adding more dimensions would make it much more interesting, but I don't see how you could do that without radically altering the game - for instance, having to buy land and develop it yourself, having building prices respond to the state of other buildings in the "neighborhood", requiring a slower rate or maybe multiple phases - so that insight into market behavior is actually tested.
Good feedback :)

Boring.
Basically, you just buy and sell until you can afford that huge building.
Not much to do in this game. Sorry, but this game is not productive...
Which features would make this type of game more productive? Suggest some and I will add them in the follow-up version.

Meh
The game was pretty laggy for me, so hare to say how good it really is. but its not a new idea so i cant give it points for that. I'll leave it at 5 stars
What browser did you use and what is your system overall stats?
IE seems more laggy than others to me...
