Catch the flying balloons and give them to the little bears. Match colors for extra score. Avoid hitting butterflies, and catch the star balloon for bonus points and the heart balloon for extra lives.

Good for a kid´s game. Maybe a bit difficult for kids.
Not bad, for a children's game
It is a little slow-moving. You should make it that you aim with the mouse, not that it aims for you. Also, if you miss a balloon completely, it takes too long to go forward and then come back again, you should make the harpoon move faster. The music wasn't heard much either, but it's still quite a good game anyway. Good job.

Well, the design was good, but I didn't see the "piff" to play it more.
