Eat red blood cells to gain points and eat platelets for additional lifes but dont touch those nasty white blood cells.
Use the arrow keys for movement.
Infection has three difficulties including a hidden option, where? who knows.
Hope you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed making it.
P.S. Theres a slight issue with the timer on hard difficulty but it shouldnt be a problem

Nice
Good work, this has an awesome concept and I think you should continue with this. Make more levels making your virus more destructable and durable to white blood cells. Add in other things that can kill viruses.. like well.. you know.
Expand on this and it'll be awesome, kind of like your own Fishy except as a virus in your body.

new
this game was different in a good way because it didn't really fall into a category where theres a lot of games like it so it was new
after a while it got a little boring but not so boring that it was unbearable
