Welcome back, haters and reviewers. The question bank is now fixed and you shouldn't be getting any undefined questions. Medals should also be working, but a fix is coming in the next couple days that should get them to 100%. The game's not easier, but it should work better. Again, please accept my sincere apologies.
Welcome to the game where knowledge is a bastard and Lady Luck's his bitch. Drop the Bomb is the newest Pacdude Game, having been over 6 months in the making. Test your luck and knowledge in this intense trivia game set in an industrial warehouse. You'll have to be smart and lucky to gain not only precious Newgrounds medals but also a chance to sit atop the Leaderboards. If you have Facebook, you can even challenge your friends to play.

Wow. I didn't realize making such a tough game would cause such controversy! I'm very proud of this game, as it's quite challenging and those who get on the top scoreboard generally earned it. We didn't set out to make the game tough, it just sort of happened. Now I'm glad it did, though. The original version of DtB was a "click stuff, win at random" sort of game, and if you like that sort of thing, perhaps Cory will re-post it at some point. I hope those of you who are frustrated will stick with it, and maybe learn something. I also hope that those of you who actually have the knowledge to be successful at this game feel well-rewarded. Remember, some people in 1984 thought Jeopardy! was too difficult to be successful, and it's still on 25 years later. Cory was right... Knowledge really is a bastard sometimes.

I didn't find this ridiculously hard...
I mean, it's not easy, but it's probably no harder than Jeopardy. It's about standard. I think the problem that the game is running into has to do with target audience. Most Newgrounders, I've read, are in the 13-17 age range and a lot of these questions, particularly the lit and pop culture questions, are not things that they have much reason to know yet. On the other hand, I think reviews like the one that say 'you almost have to read a dictionary before you play this' reflect a really unusual level of tardation so.....there's that too. I failed the game several times, but I beat it several times too, and I don't know that much, so it can't be all that hard.
In any case, it's definitely well put together, and it's not, as far as I know, a clone of any existing quiz games. I think it has potential as an upgraded modern version of Jeopardy, although you might have to work out some way to make the game last longer and be multiplayer in order to make it work for tv. That's all I have to say about that.

Pretty good
It was fun because it made me think which most games now don't do but you made it way too hard. Next time, try making it a little easier.

Too Damn Hard = Absolutely Perfect!
Hey, this game is really fucking hard and often you'll find yourself losing before even making it half-way to the bonus round. And I'm okay with that because it makes it challenging. However, I would make some of the $100 and $200 dollars questions a lot easier. I mean having to get 5 questions in a row is hard enough as it is, but when they are only worth 1/50th of your goal each, they should be a little easier imo.

Tough games can also be fun!
Many reviewers label this game as being ridiculously difficult and I agree with them. I like the idea of the random bomb levels and the three strike system. However, perhaps a larger time limit to answer questions or a type of hint system like on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire would make this game more enjoyable for everyone.
There's a big difference between a game being difficult AND fun and a game only being difficult. With a bit more tweaking this hard quiz game can become something that's less controversial between us reviewers!
