good effort, but needs a LOT of work.
good start, but game is not anywhere near a point where it can be fun to play. I appreciate your effort, but consider this a practice, a learning, because jumping on platforms it not particularly entertaining at all. Try expounding upon your work, and put about 5 times more time into a game, then you will be getting somewhere.

worst game ever
I apprecciate the effort and everyone has to start somewhere but really you thought you should post this? next time you create a game let your friends test it out before you post it on NG

Un-good
I'm guessing that this is close to one of your first games, or that you made it in a very short amount of time. Nevertheless, i must give it a 0 because these basic types of games, although fun, appear way too often around the internet and i'm sick of them.

Second World...?
Judging by the first world, this is a generic and flawed platform game. There doesn't appear to be any way to tell whether a platform is an "impersonator" or not; and vanishing platforms are not always visible, causing many jumps to be a blind leap-of-faith.
I hoped the game would redeem itself with new gameplay in following worlds, but when I completed world 1, the game glitched out and I was returned to the main menu with a white backround. I clicked play and I was returned to level 1-1, only there was no alien and I couldn't do anything.
Oh, and did I mention the lack of music?
