I dont know if taking a music video and pasting someones head on someone else quite counts as animation...Also I dont really get your point. He has aids, Which he carries in a box and then rides a bike to the countryside...
My suggestion is that you use more original work as opposed to using a pre existing video. Also if you could somehow clarify the story line or point that would help too.

As at the beginning it was starting to look alright. Then it just got shabby from then on in.

You did well to match the heads together with the video, but it wasn't that humourous.

If you did that as well as some dubbing, I can see this sort of thing being rather popular, but as this animation stands, work needs to be done.
