I accidently removed this submission so I resubmitted it!

I watched this tutorial and I learnt alot about flash programming! /portal/view/448915
and here is what I can up with! :P
DON'T worry, I'm making a game based on this physics engine and I'll finish it soon!

It's ok for a first time but there is a lot of work that could make it better

Let me point you in a better direction :)

It's a little more advanced, but it's SOOOOO much better than this engine: que/tutorialA.html

I still havent seen another stick man platformer! I'm about ready to release [Visible] II, so you'd better get on it :P

Decent first attempt

...but it still needs some work. For one thing, you've got a rounding problem. If you just drop the ball, it bounces indefinitely. That needs to be fixed. Also, it doesn't react correctly in certain parts of corners. This may also be rounding, but it's harder to tell without seeing your code.

mattuiop responds:

Well I could try to improve the code!

Not your code....

I can tell you copied this from the AS2 Physics Engine Flash.

Since it is nearly the same exact thing, a bouncing ball that bounces off objects realistically.

You could have done a better job by at least making a game out of this instead of just a two frame flash with no redeeming qualities what so ever.

mattuiop responds:

Yes I did copy it! well done!
