Ok, if you know me and my animations and are expecting something like 'Colours' or 'Gravity's Just A Theory' then don't get too excited...
This is just a short animation I made a while back for a UK animation competition, it got shortlisted (I don't know if I have won it yet), I just thought you guys might want to see it too.
It had to be 1 min long and have something to do with something that one does in school/college or whatever. So I did it on Binary so I could basically have a load of random 0s and 1s all over the place. Hence, the 0s and 1s all over the place. I was also working to a deadline so it's kinda rushed and sloppy in parts, but meh, deadlines suck.
Oh, and if there's a judge or someone from the competition watching this, I didn't steal my entry from newgrounds, this is mine and I uploaded it. Thanks :3
So, yeah. I thought you guys might as well get to see it. I'll be doing some proper animations again soon. I'll post here to let y'all know what I've won if anyone's interested.

Great submission. The idea is splendid, although I have no idea how or why, but it is. Great job on the animating; it was full of life and fun to watch. Excellent work; you've earned a favorite from me!
i was unimpressed,
there was no storyline, nothing funny or exciting, just a lame video of 1s and 0s
I like it. It's a little short, and it would be really cool if you expanded on it, made it longer...

When you said "don't get too excited" I was worry. XD
But the true is it was good. A simple animation anyone can enjoy. Music was ok, appropriated for the animation, the animation was clean and fluent, so nothing bad to point out. I give a 4/5. Good job.

Mixing pure logic with fantasy, a beautifully done mix.
Anyways, binary is easy... it's learning hex that confuses me.
it was all pretty but i do not get it...whats the whole point of the video
The hand grabbing the pencil looked a little bit awkward.
There was also a part where there were some white boards where not all the frame was covered. I believe it was right before it zoomed into the tower.
It was actually a very nice, relazing piece.
The music was an excellent choice, it really set the ton for the whole thing.
I love how after a minute of build up, it was all just a text message. Very clever.
I'm surprised there wasn't a single green matrix-like set of binary the entire time. Haha

This video is a view of the world that most people don't think about. More work is associated with such simple things than we often realize. Great job capturing that and finding a way to express it in flash.
its meaning escaped me but still loved the animation and music plus very moving :] 8/10
