~ Animation/Graphics ~
The design wasn't too bad, but I think I wouldn't mind seeing a little bit of a different design. Something that seems a bit more professional and organized. For example when you linked to the other episodes that you thought were good the first ones were on the left and the last one was centered because of the buttons. I personally think they would have all looked a bit better with all of them centered just to make things seem a bit more organized. Small things like that basically.
~ Story/Concept ~
Believe it or not I never thought about putting the music in first and then making the animation go around it because with sprites I do the opposite and make the audio go with the animation that I have. So that was a good piece of information to me. (I've tried frame by frame before and just gave up)
I also found how you made the different images at different frames at a distance and how you used the onion skin useful. I usually just eye it out and it takes much longer to do.
I think something interesting that you could of added to the submission would be actual animation. Such as each step that was shown was shown with an animation. At the end of the tutorial you could have included something such as a small example flash of your own right in the movie itself.
I liked that you showed good frame by frame flashes that you liked though. Good examples and all of the buttons seemed to work perfectly fine.
~ Audio ~
Why not some nice ambient music that people can listen to while reading your tutorial. I always find that some people like to listen to music and some people don't like listening to music while they read so an option to mute/unmute would also be extremely useful in this case.
~ Overall ~
Not bad and gave me some good information. Next time I wouldn't mind seeing the design and presentation done a bit better. Keep working and good job!
