It was excellent, but...
The voices from the characters weren't clear enough. I think you lacked a bit in that part, like it was hard to understand what they were saying.
But overall, it was a nice flash animation! Everything else was great, even your drawings.

Uhm...
I always hated talking babies. This isn't really an exception. You need to practice your traditional drawing more. You clearly have some good ideas, but things like Street Fighter Babies aren't the best way to express them.
Try taking a figure drawing class.

I liked your drawing style, and it had just the right amount of humor in it.
