"Room for possibilities left open"

It's been awhile since I've stopped to review a Flash film. So it's nice to be able to give some constructive criticism on a film that needs it.
This Flash had lot's of potential that was left wasted. I the atmosphere was lacking, and using the real-time pick of the Earth wasn't such a great mix with the animated rainbow that followed up to it. This flash showed little direction, and some parts felt more cheesy then others. The rolling tear is something that's over done even in today's media.
Otherwise, good animation on the animators part. Not all of it was great because there was lack of movement in some of the shorts. Perhaps if there was a little more time given to character movement in this short, short video, then I would be able to feel comforatable giving it a higher score. Otherwise I'll stick with a 6/10 review and a 3/5 vote.
