You should have music throughout, cut about 10-15 seconds and have horrific sound effects to go w/ the end. I like the frame by frame.

Not bad at all.

You certainly made it seem a little more funny than sinister, or maybe that's just me.

The animation for the most part was very smooth. A couple of bits were a bit rough. Like the scene where he runs through the field of crows. You could try adding more movement to the birds. It felt like they were being pulled away on strings. And also since you're taking a camera angle from the top view, you need to change the perspective on the birds as well. They were almost still side on. Top view man = top view birds. That makes it alot better.

Music was well selected, and as mentioned before you might want to consider a smoother transition between your dead silence and the music. I don't think it's such a bad idea to cut it out entirely. The first music cut was great when it changed to the sound effects. The second time, not so much. Maybe add something else on top of that second bit of silence.

And some effects to go with the horrific ending. Wilhelm scream or something I don't know, but it certainly needs something to go with that image.
