My first work using as3 it's been awhile since I've actually completed a flash game at all but I think this turned out rather nicely. I also had some help along the way with the art created by Justin Biller and the music created by Oliver Walker.

Well I didnt really feel it was a good game.

Just too many glitches, like there was no limit on the power so you could destroy the other thing without trying.

Second, my attention span just died and im a really patient person [takes so long to aim the dam thing.]

Not bad

Impressive for a first work. The ground particles are well made, and the physics are decent.

The gameplay is a bit slow paced, and with only one hit kill and one weapon, it can get a little bland after a few matches.
It's very simple, but effective use on the necessities. To keep gameplay interesting, it's good to have things like different weapons, and health to let those fancy weapons do what they want without bein' overly powerful.

Overall it's not bad. Simple creation that works well. I also like the way you randomize the stage with shots that fall from the sky, but adding in more rockets or maybe very the explosion size to give it a little more random look to it.

Nice work there!

There's some solid code in your game here. The controls work well and I was impressed that you had AI but there are a few glaring flaws stopping your game from being great.

The graphics need some polish - ask an artist to help you with your games next time (heck, I'd be interested if you'd want) or work on your drawing skills.

Secondly, the AI never seemed to learn about my tanks position or how to fire. No matter where I moved or how I changed my shots, he seemed to end up firing on the same piece of ground over and over.

Also - that music was terrible...very repetative and grating. Try something that lasts longer so the loop isn't so evident and something that doesn't draw as much attention to itself.

Other than that, that was a nice attempt. I hope you do more in the future!
