Cymothoa Exigua, a crustacean that eats out the tongue of a fish and replaces it with it's own body. But what happens if it gets into a human's mouth?
Done as a final project for a literature class. It's 2minutes and 10 seconds long, which makes it my longest animation to date. It was all done over the course of about four, three day weekends.

ACK! I had one of these in my mouth!
I was spearfishing off the Kona Coast of Hawaii and had caught a Needlefish which I was cooking for lunch. As I was sucking the cheeks and eyes out of the fish, I noticed something weird making it's way out of the fish's mouth. I spit it out of my mouth and it was this ugly Fuck. Scary. Didn't know what it was till now. Thanks for the awesome animation. Glad I caught the thing before I had an anus attached to the vein in my mouth where my tongue used to be.

Very Nice.
Hard to believe this got a daily third. There must have been some high-quality shit to beat this animation. Its very interesting. Pretty funny too. How did you find out about this parasite in the first place?

I read the wiki blurb about it and was confused initially thinking the people were fish.
Good effort but a bit drawn out.
