Nice concept, and smooth animation. Simple gameplay, with nice level choice and themes (they each should offer variating difficulty though). Somethings I would suggest is to make the character faster: or add some physics (after holding the right arrow, you could add some acceleration). I disliked how you miss a kill after turning around but still touch the fish with the knife. There are a lot of things you can do with this, such as levels, upgrades, and things that would make this game more fun. A thing that was stuck in my head while playing this would be that after you have killed a lot of fish, the water would gradually turn red...

Very solid animation. I really like the animation when the character changes direction. Quite a funny concept, good stuff.
Only thing I would improve on is to keep the style consistant. Your stingrays are outlined, while the sharks and fish are only fills.
Overall, great work!
"Good foundations"
This is an excellent foundation, I think the concept could be expanded on, with new weapons, secret areas and maybe some form of story mode.
The baltic level was my personal favorite, it had a great atmosphere, the art and music fitted perfectly.
