This 10 level, increasingly challenging game is based on Iron Maiden's "Somewhere Back In Time" tour, set in five of the countries visited by the band: Australia, Canada, India, Japan and Mexico

Your task is to successfully negotiate the band's tour plane (real call sign "Flight 666") through the levels, dropping speakers to get the whole world rocking. Be careful not to crush your fans.

Familiar characters and sights appear throughout the game - gauchos and geishas, the Taj Mahal and Sidney Opera House.

Upgrades available for plane and speakers

Sorry for the problem with the scores on the previous version. All fixed now.

iron maide rocks

this game is just terrible. it looks like a 12 year old spent 20 minutes coding that while on drugs.

Matmi responds:

The designer spent 3 weeks and the coder spent 5 weeks hard graft to get the game done.

Would like to see you do any better.

Nothing surprising

Okay game, expected something better though.
Don't get me wrong: graphics are great and realistic. And then, who can go wrong with Iron Maiden music? However, you should have added more songs from them though.
Gameplay was pretty sloppy. The concept of dropping something from a plane was pretty unoriginal. The plane's movement should have been smoother and a little bit faster, because it was very easy to crash into anything provided the scene.
Sometimes it was glitchy, the music didn't play even after I dropped the speakers. Also, when I completed a level, it didn't allow me to continue so I had to die and do the exact thing again to continue.

Matmi responds:

You can speed the plane up by pressing the up key or (if you purchase a boost upgrade) pressing spacebar to go even faster.
The music streams in, therefore music will depend on your connection speed. If you have a slow connection speed you may experience the occasional lag.

It wasn't easy remembering the buttons.

And you had to estimate where it would land.
