my brother
This is a great series even if it's been like 2-3 years later. When it get really quiet and all of a sudden it gets loud my brother is like, "what the heck?!"
The audio has gotten wayyy beetter, it's just that the background noise can sometimes make it hard to understand what they are saying. Maybe adding subtitles would be a good way to go to get people stop bringing up the audio.

oh yeah 1 thing I notice
yeah its been a long time since I enter and commented on newgrounds but I just notice. The kid looks kinda mature face when in front view. I notice that her body is still a kid which is fine and her head is becoming kinda mature, like a pre adult stage. just noticing the error .
REMEMBER. children faces and adult faces have some of their differences.
child faces are more Roundish and short
adult faces are more tall and ovalish or wide circle with a little bit taller.
that is all.

4 Things
First of all great job so far. However, there are three things i would like to point out.
1. Padded rooms are a lot cleaner than that. They are kept at an almost blinding level of white.
2. That style of straight jacket hasn't been used because the "wards" keptgetting out. they now use a style where the arms are crossed in front with a band over the center of them and several straps holding the arms tight around the front of the chest.
3. the lights are embeded in the ceiling so IF the "ward" DOES find a way out, they cant hang themselves with the cord. and there is normaly only one light centered in the room.
4. there would have been bars on the windows so they can't jump.
other than those 4 things (which i know from experiance) very very good job.

I dont find it too quiet.
Maybe they just have their speakers too low.mine are at 50 and i can hear the audio perfectly.but again,nice job.
