You need to make your patients survive the contamination by placing defences. You place them by drag&drop from the right menu.
Contaminated patients leave red traces on the floor.
Removing bodies cost money. Patients who are alive will generate your income, but pay attention to your funds!
If you can't afford to dispose of the dead people your hospital will be closed by the WHO.
You are the Hospital Hero.
You need to immunize contaminated patients.
You can move with the arrows or WASD keys.
Aim with the mouse and immunize with the left click.
Every level you pass will reward you with points to spend on upgrades for your defences.

For trying...
This game needs a lot of work. It is too hard and really confusing. I really hate how the patients immediately start to come in before you can even set up. Your hero is also too underpowered, he should be better than the doctors but he isn't. I do like the concept of the game, you just need to work with it some more.

Has opportunity, a lot missing
This game definitely has potential, but like Starfflame said, it seems not done. There are a handful of bugs, the game isn't very easy to pick up and the controls are cumbersome. A re-release with everything running a little more smoothly could be pretty good. 4/10

The game seems like its not done. Maybe you should take it back to Photoshop and polish it?

Nice concept....
---but it's a chaos.....I didn't understand what to to..but..hehe....

Not bad, nice concept. I don't have much criticism or praise for this.
