It certainly does have a dark, mysterious story, but... some things that Rayn says/does are just... lacking common sense, I guess?
like this:
A: terrorist in the city
B: half naked, injured man lying in the road
now, he COULD just be a poor, unfortunate person that got hurt... but under the circumstances, a normal person would call the police and report it... there's a good chance he's the criminal
C: he says he doesn't have a home, or a family, he knows his name.
she magically comes to the conclusion he has amnesia.
D: he says he doesn't want to talk about his past, and angrily crushes a glass in his hand.
E: shows no sign of pain with a gash in his hand freely bleeding...
you get the idea :)

I almost literally ROFLed at the end though,
Rayn says with a smile, "We've still gotta keep you awake tonight, remember?"
XD made me think of kinky things.

Anyways it's done well, and I like it. going to watch the rest of the series now :)
