This Flash is very significant for me. It's my first to be animated almost entirely frame-by-frame. It's my first widescreen animation. It's also my first Flash that I actively sought sponsorship for... of course, not a single sponsor I contacted actually ended up getting back to me. Ah well.

This cartoon sprouted from a drawing I made back in 2007 that you can see at http://naveryw.deviantart .com/art/Sonic-Says-RUN-8 6535978 . I entered a computer game development contest in 2008 and started making a game based on this character, who I decided to call "Saunich der Hejhaug". I ended up entering a different game into the contest and never finishing the Saunich game. I eventually used the plot almost exactly for this Flash so that it didn't go to waste.
