Definately worth Pick of the Hour

I liked this, mostly because of the art style. Hearing the line following "That's not coffee..." made me worry that it would be ruined with a lame, toilet-humor themed joke, but what the reviewer before me fails to realize is that the joke wasn't in the first part of the animation, it was saved for the end. And that's what made me laugh. I feel a bit immature about it, considering that it WAS about poo, but it was delivered perfectly.

Apart from that, my only advice is to get more varied, higher quality ambient sounds (i.e. the crowd). I know it's difficult when you're relying on a small collection of websites for your sounds, but it's constructive criticism and something to work with when you're making your front-page-quality project. The animation could be a little smoother, but you have the right idea. Just smooth out the transition between basic motions (Moving the cup towards his body and then bringing the cup to his mouth, for instance). Your art style is great, let it evolve however it evolves, I love it. I only docked marks from graphics and style because of the animation glitches and the whole poo thing.

But the delivery of the joke was perfect, and the art style is awesome. Keep doing these, you can go far. Today, pick of the hour. Tomorrow, the front page. The day after that, THE WORLD!
