Fair play
Nice, simple, easy and good for short-term amusement. Of course a game with no variation gets boring fast. Try programming more options into games like these, it will make the game a little bit more fun to play and it may take longer to ocmplete the game.
~ Remark: It's funny that you made a game which has to do with all the concerns of the swine flu at the moment. I'll give you one extra star for that.

Pretty descent.
The actual drawings left a bit to be desired, but playing the game itself was fun. I agree that there should be other perks and weapons, and perhaps a more diverse playing area, meaning that there shouldn't be a giant cluster of pigs very close to the character towards the end.

Not bad
Not bad for a beta, I'd say. Certainly entertaining for a few minutes. I only really have one problem with it: the fact that you only have one life. Maybe have a HP bar or something...
Also, things you should maybe add in the full version: Extra guns, special 'Perks' maybe, and a HP bar.
