I think it might give people more of the feeling that they are in control if it started spinning when they held the space bar down and started slowing when they let go of the space bar. Then the speed at which it slows down would be the random factor and people would feel like they are able to affect the outcome more directly. I hope this helps.

My luck sucked for a bit, but then I had 20 grand and hit a x10 multiplier :D. That's the secret, save your money and hit the multiplier, instant win :3.
