Kinda expected that. This is what happens when you pretend you've finished booting but you're still running many unfinished startup processes. (PS: never had a mac, and rarely use windoze, so I can't tell which one is worse)

Yes macs do do this sometimes. But then again yo have windows dinky little sand timer that keeps turning over. At least this one is stylish. And no Force quit (that actually works unlike Dell where you have to wait an hour an half to close your frozen internet)!?!? Could have been so much more.
Ctrl+Alt+Del > "End Task".
Closes a frozen program within 5 seconds.
