Lol, I loved your depiction of Ausrtralopithecus. Very comical. Now for the truth behind it... You were very close to what most scientists believe to be the actual behavioral pattern of Australopithecus. Because of the work done by primatologists, we understand that mating usually only happens with the dominant male, everyone knows that though... What most don't know is that apes in all varieties may actually pair up with a kinder mate for social interaction (which doesn't involved "animal instinct"). So esentially she's got a husband and a baby maker! The husband is sensative emotionally and the baby maker will ensure that the troop survives genetically! Anyway, I really liked this. It was well thought out and fun to watch!
