got to give credit to cleyr
cleyr's comment made me think of sickly sweet which is a phrase ive heard often and seems to describe this flash very well.
I did notice a couple inconsistencies in the artwork most notably in the darker dancer but it wasn't enough to actually detract from the flash as a whole. Technically, I wouldn't say the best flash I've seen but something about it is just so appealing, going in to my favorites.
Soo... I think maybe
8/10 because of small things sound fair?
Awesome! I realy found no problem with it, other than the fact that it's 'Suitable For All Audiences'.
Allso, 2.2 megs...come on, punch up the quality.
Motifs and images were brilliant
I loved your symbolism of death and despair. All the transitions seemed to fit together so well and went very smoothly. I loved your figures 3 dimensional movement and the contrast of the dainty dancer with the deathly horror girl. My only concern is the ballerina seems to me masculine in figure. I would have thought her hips were broader but they appear the same length of the rib cage which makes her appear masculine. Other than that her movement was fluid and believable.
Please keep building new animations this was very fresh. Oh and I loved the seen with the graveyard of skeletons what a nice touch.
liked the dark, creepy, twisted animation and music. im not much of a korn guy but this was a good flash animation
KoRn in their better years!
Always nice to listen to the old stuff... however,
It seemed that the sound quality was turned down a little, for a music video, it kinda takes away from the experience.
I really enjoyed the concept, it's a fresh detour from most of the current stuff on Newgrounds!
The animation (based on preference) seemed a little slow, meaning you could use some more intricate angles. This is really important for music videos, because it keeps the viewer interested...
The art is very pleasing to the eye, and I think it was one of your strong points (along with the concept, and choice of music)
Overall... it was enjoyable enough, and a solid tribute to the Oldschool (better) music from KoRn. Thanks for submitting this!
