Broken

I have decided to rate your game a three (five being neutral).

First off, the outline isn't too bad.
It's a good idea for a quick flash game to kill some time on.

The mouse control could've used some tweaking, but it's pretty good as it is.
I would say the control is the only thing done properly, more or less.

The visuals, enemy "AI", and story (or should I say lack thereof), is where it all falls apart.
Judging by the game I think you've already got the knowledge it takes to create a polished version of this, you only need some more time.
The artwork however should've been done by someone else.

And if you could, bring someone else on board to create visual effects (such as sparks, skidmarks, and smoke, for instance.)

Having said this, the conclusion I will come down to is that if you had some proper planning, with a proper team, and you spent some time working on it - I'm sure it would've turned out great.

Oh, and think of an original name next time.

TOO GLITCHY

too glitchy to enjoy, cars randomly spawn from the middle, making it impossible to dodge, and going near either of the edges causes you to take damage for no reason, and its just the same thing over and over

Uhm..

Nice game but after a minute or two it becomes boring...coul be improved a lot

Well...

This game seriously needs to be improved and in many ways :
- Redoing the damage system
- Making the cop cars try to ram your vehicle
- Improving the sound effects
- And maybe making the cars going both ways

Oh and also : I noticed that sometimes, random vehicles spawn at the middle of the screen, and not from the top like they should do

Anyways, I see that you're still new in Flash creation so I gave you 7/10 to encourage you because it's a good start ;)
