~ Animation/Graphics ~
The drawing and animation was great. Nothing much more to add about it seems you have a good talent for the graphic part of the submission.
~ Story/Content ~
I could see it being used in a collab, but doesn't seem like it would be one of the best parts in a collab. Only something that you would see for a couple of seconds or something like that. What I could see it being used for and I think it would look awesome would be as a credits. The animation that you had would be off to the left and the credits could role on the right side.
I didn't see the collab itself so I don't know if loops were the main part of it, but I would think that you would want something with more content. Something more than a loop itself.
~ Audio ~
Good choice of music that you had with the submission. Perhaps with more content in the submission itself it could lead to more animation, which then would lead to more need for sound effects or something like that.
~ Overall ~
Decent collab part, but I do think that there should be more content in the submission.

Yeah, the collab was just fun little loops poking fun at Emanhattan.

Thanks for the well thought out review man, I really appreciate it, even though its just a short loop you really put time and thought into these things.
