My 2 cents
I thought the game was quite well presented, graphics looked fairly good in 3D, didnt have the problem with mouse sensitivity which other people are mentioning here.
As others have said it did get a little boring after level 5 or so, but thats because a lot of this has been done before. I like the last man standing levels they were well spaced between the navigation levels and gave a bit of relief to just going through mazes.
One thing I didnt particulary like was when the ball rested against a box, it kept bouncing off it, instead of resting against it. In these types of games it should be possible to happily sit the ball against a surface without being actively bounced off it. But anyway maybe I'm being picky...
Overall I commend your efforts, if you can optimize the game a little (I struggled a bit on the 1.2ghz that my laptop is stuck with) and maybe think of some innovative twists for the the game (power-ups? puzzles you have to solve, unlocking doors etc.?) this game (or eight ball madness "2") may get some better reviews, I wouldn't give up on it!!
Oh, and PLEASE make that 'Flaming Grannies' intro shorter... it took almost 20 seconds to start the game each and every time! Im not sure if its my laptop being slow (intros shouldnt be heavy on resources...) or the intro just being too long, just please short that down a bit.
All the best,
KC
