good

nothing beats a classic

All around...

You cant go wrong with Tetris. No matter what version, you cant go wrong. There are faults though.
1. You cant restart by pressing a button/ the r button. Instead you have to right click, rewing, and forward. This is really annoying.
2. When you lose, theres no ending/ stops the game to tell you that you lost. This is a good place to put a restart button.
3. Theres no creativity! is dull and drab! Put some colour, more music, more life.

All around a fun a addicting game, yet this isnt a original idea, and you didnt make it your own. A machine coulda put more creativity, and thats why I give it a 5/10

Not a bad prototype, but...

I like the way this game plays vs. other flash versions of Tetris, that much you got down, however, there are numerous things I'd consider changing:

My major complaint about this version is the fact that when you reach the top, the game does not tell you that you have died and won't let you restart when you do so. That would need to be fixed.

One of my least major complaints would be the color of the blocks. I don't mind it as much when the blocks are already placed, but when you go to place a block, it would be nice to have them color coded.

One last comment would be about the music. It is Tetris I'll give it that, but it's not the most interesting version if you catch my drift.

A big plus for this game however is the actual game play itself. As I have mentioned before, it maneuvers better than most versions of flash Tetris I've played.

I'm sure that taking these things into consideration and sticking with the main game play would make this version a lot more polished. But that's just my opinion :)

well...

You get a five, because it was a well executed game that works. Other than that it doesn't have the charm that it did on the old gameboy, no cramped fingers and hunched back gained from hours of playing for me :(

does it end?

besids from the monocrome pallet, single song, the one sound effect, this game is a cookie-cutter of other cut cookies. if by chance you mess up and have the blocks stack to high, it's not game over, it just continues... forever...
good attempt, bad remake of a TENGEN game.
