I think I speak for everyone when I say you need more practice, but I don't mean to degrade you. I have made a flash here and their but I have not uploaded any of them because their are already plenty of them. If you want to make good content then practice, practice, practice.

The animation sucks, the arms are off (I don't think zombies have 2 left hands) and you really need practice.
