This is a piece I did to the very Talented Heather Dale's "Mordred's Lullaby" The song is absolutely gorgeous and I wanted to do something with it. (Mediocre though my skill-set is at present)
You caught the mood and the story of the song well... Left me speechless really... and wondering more about the legends of King Arthur and the interactions between all of the characters...
Oh, I'm drifting off now. I enjoyed this. Faved!
this was very well done. like the story behind it also. I hope to see more from you.
this was nice. i think you did the song much justice! I liked the story you told, and your animation style was refreshing. i never heard that song but im glad i did now. good job!
The only thing keeping you from a 10 is that I wanted to be able to understand the words better, and that was too hard.
I was wondering if I ought to put subtitles^^ thanks.
My first response after watching this movie was simply "wow".
The choice of music was spot on, you really captured the mood of the animation. The art style is one that I favour, so you had me at a win 10 seconds in. Yet it was not only the aesthetics that earn you credit - animation was smooth, elegant and a joy to watch.
My only gripe is that some of the mouth motions were out of sync with the sound. Only marginally, but still there. Yet, this is highly critical, so see it as a compliment for me to mark you down on that - but thats because you have so much potential that you can still do better =)
At the end of the day, you are a new artist bringing high quality flash animations onto NG. And for that you have earned my respect.
Ethereal, chilling, yet ultimately... utterly amazing. Well done
