EDIT: Thanks a bunch for the feature in the Treasure Hunt!

The idea for this movie came to me in a flash (pardon the pun), and I knew I had to make it. Don't ask me what this means. I know, but I can't really explain. I know that it's not an environmental message, though.

Also, Firth makes some pretty amazing music, as well as movies. Go check his shit out.

Woah,,, sad

A simple story told with great precision. The sad music, the still graphics, the text instead of speech, it all makes it seem like the tree is talking, and the tree stump looks like a slice of meat, planned perspective? Either way, it's a short eith emotion, great stuff, keep it going!

Could've been a heck of a lot better

Animation is very low quality...it just looks cheap, like there wasn't a lot of effort put into it. When you're telling this kind of deep story, cheap animation kind of ruins it...it did for me, at least. Good music, and a cool flash, but I wasn't impressed.

i do know what you mean, it was quite rushed.

Wow

I don't have anything about the animation. But the theme speaks to as a cycle of life, and that it is unending. It is just so simple, and it also makes me think of "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

WOW!

I LOVE IT. It's very symbolic, especially with the music, and a great story. Very simple, and you put a whole lot in the simplity.(thats a word now) And it kinda brought a deep down feeling of sadness and other thing through my body. If there was anything bad I can't name it.

Cool

Good job I am impressed. Its so solemn, yet upbeat, and quite simple. You will be getting a 5 from me, keep up the good work.

thanks. although it may seem sad, i was ultimately going for optimism. glad that that shined through.
