An amusing idea
I have come to two solutions in what you tried to achieve, my impressions are you wanted to rick roll people yet my other thought is you wished to present your ideas on the matter.
My first impression is you are sick of the rick roll joke, either this or you love the idea and wanted to introduce it to newgrounds, yet for that said this is not something that should be on newgrounds.
The visuals were poor, despite to potentially good idea, the music was of course meant to be what I heard for the purpose of the flash, you could have made it interesting by actually turning it into a slight story of some kind rather than just having people hang from a blank screen.
Overall the drawings could have been better, the plot could have been a bit longer, and as such I think y0ou should improve this work until posting such a thing.
