For those who wanna know what is the machine that made Hank look likes a monster is a machine that evolve some of the 1337 and L33T agents into a Mag Agent V2 and a Mag Agent V4(The big guys who like monsters). The machine is called Magnification Chamber. Deimos wanted Hank to be revived which Deimos increased his strength by 43 and his agility by 50 but his intelligence is 3 meaning his dumb but not that dumb. The reason his intelligence decreased because Deimos hasn't even finished his revival thanks to the possessed L33T's. Poor Deimos he died...

The machine deimos put hank in was used to probably transform 1337 units into monsters. Or those giants that have appeared. When dimos was setting the machine he got shot and killed so maybe it affected how hank looked. All I know is, Hank was transformed into a monster because he was put into that machine.
