Okay, here's what you need to do

The game overall just doesn't feel that engaging. Why submit something like this if you knew it was bad? Here's a couple tips to making this game better.
1. Make it bigger
Even though the controls are good, it feel claustraphobic. A bigger screen would have definately help.
2. Sound, plz?
I'm not asking you to make your own music, but sound effects are easy. You can find them all over the place. Hell, some old atari sounds would have been awesome, giving it a retro feel that it already pulls off somewhat.
3. Make it purdy
The overall presentation feels lack-luster. A better title screen, some different enemies, and maybe even an exploding animation when you hit a foe or get hit would have been awesome improvements.
At least you're self-aware of your own mistakes. Take my advice to heart, and I'll be looking forward to your next game.

It was alright...

It reminded me of some of the old Atari Space Invaders games. Some Sounds would have been really nice, as well as powerups. Other than that I think it's a great start :)

I got 235 ^^. Too bad I don't have enough conpetetiveness to beat 2115... I still did my one upsmanship of the day... even if it's 10 pm -_-.

Decent

I kind of like it, reminds me of the good old games like Atari or the old fliper games of when i was 7 and such, still, if you think this game is hard then you're not really good with games, I got to 1035 and just died because I'm on msn while I'm playing and there's no pause in it, still, good way to remember the classics, if it's your first game, was surely a nice try.

ehhhhh

It would be nice to have something a little more complicated. I would try different enemies and maybe a life system like every so many point you get another life or something.
