alright so imma break this review in parts.
animation/art:
it was all around shitty. the first thing that sparked it was the lipsync. you have one mouth graphic, tweening it around it different shapes. and when you do that, the shape gets distorted and it looks really ugly and just doesn't work. and drawings looked like they came out of a third grader's comic book. i guess basically the character designs were horrific. and the brush strokes were the faulty of them mostly. it looks like you drew something, and instead of pressing ctrl+z, you erased the mistake and redrew. which leaves obvious traces. unless youre using pressure, and i assume youre using a mouse because of the drawings. if you want to continue just using tweens, at least use easing. it makes them look a lot smoother and cleaner. but it wont really help you because you general animation-sense is off. i suggest reading books, classes, or just practicing. and the subtitles just straight up looked wrong.
story:
this is probably worse than the art and animation. it was something ive seen before. a lot. actually, you made the general idea for those kind of stories but even stupider. i truly truly hope i never see anything like this again. it bored me with all the cliches, and the visuals made me closer to pushing the x. unfortunately, i didnt. because i THOUGHT that something better would happen. ive never liked any of your stories with any of your flashes. theyre full of cliches and just not funny or clever. i wouldnt suggest taking a writing class or anything, but just think of better ideas. so storytelling is probably something you should work on more than art and animation. because if you have shitty animation to something funny or clever, i can at least cope.
voice-acting: i usually dont add this, but youre voice-acting is horrific. it sounds unnatural and all the voices sound the same. a professional, or at least an aspiring voice actor needs to learn to change his/her voice to fit the character. shit, im fourteen years old and i can do all kinds of impressions. i just never voice-act for my cartoons because my voice is all nasally and shit.

First off, I have five different mouth graphics, I didn't tween ONCE, (except for the credits)
And I know the story is klichée but so what?
I doubt that a third grader could draw like that, they draw stick figures and wobble head figures.
