Months in the making, with a written script and professional voice acting, 'Dr Ratty' is a 20 minute all-animal tribute to the sci-fi TV show 'Doctor Who'. Because of its length, 'Dr Ratty' was divided into four parts. This is the last part. Thank you for watching.

Due to audio synchronisation problems, I had to turn the Flash animation into a video then import the video back into Flash. This means that the quality of the graphics is not as perfect as it could be. It shouldn't matter too much as the animation is fairly basic. However, the audio quality is slightly better by doing it this way as well as being properly synchronised to the graphics.
