Edit: Thanks so much for Front Page Newgrounds!! This is the first time I've gotten front page completely solo ^_^
A mime sets out to do one last act.
This was a project I did for my animation class last semester (fall 2008). I used the program Autodesk Maya 2008.
I estimate I spent about 300 hours working on this project.
The total rendering time was approximately 200 hours.

Dark and comical and WELL PUT TOGETHER!
This is beyond the usual talent here.
I like dark humor and we all know we'd like to see a mime perform a "final act"... HAHAHA!

This concept has been done before in regular line art and things of that nature, however you'll still get a 5/5 and a 9/10.
Everything was very clear. and about the guy below not knowing it was a rope... it's just common sense... you wouldnt be pulling a pole down now would you?
great submission.
you should do some more with the mime... maybe make it a pole next time? XD
Where has it been done before? I had never seen anything like this when I came up with the idea.

Beautiful!
I haven't wrote a review in a long time,
because there weren't any good flash animations lately.
Of course this is not a flash animation, but still.
I like this one a lot. The concept is really good and it totally surprised me at the end.
You just don't see a lot of 3D animations on this site for being a flash site.
This is just really refreshing.
It wasn't sad at all. It was very happy and gigly. You only get a shocker at the end which was very well done.

A 9/10 becaus it wasn't very clear that he was pulling a rope down.
I thought it was a pole.

Mimes....
I gotta say, its not really my thing. I wasn't really all that entertained by this.
However, I give credit where credit is due. This was well animated, the 3Dart was done excellently for the flash and without reading the description, I found the ending a little surprising. Though not depressing.
I hate mimes, so the death of one is more like a comedy than a tragedy.
