dont really know the purpose of this game or what ever the hell this is

Now, i'm not saying this is bad, but it's got a score of 4 with almost no real effort put in.

I think it's too small. I think you can make the flash better if you say why the flash is nominated, what you think of it, a link to the games/movies and that kinda things. Like somebody said before, you can easily see what flashes made it that far. You even can include a movie.

Alright. The interface was really nice, sticking to the standard newgrounds background and theme. The inclusion of pictures accompanying the flash was nice as well as the detail of when it was submitted along with a little description on the flash. Nicely catered to, only thing for improvement in possibly more of these would be a little more information on the flash, artist etc... Nice work.
