This submission was BLAMMED by our users.
Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

I've been working on and off on this game for over three months and it's finally finished. Many hours were poured into this. It's a sort of mixture between real biology and fiction. So don't leave me a review saying: "that's not how white blood cells work" because I will delete it.
oh, and right click for music
Add some sound and this is a great game. Might have been just me but the song you list in the credits was not playing. It might of just been a user error but otherwise great game!!!
Good concept, but it's too short for my liking.
I just took a test on this today! Woah! Weird!
It's probably an omen saying I should save this game. So I gave it a 5 :P
Good jawb ^^
Now this is a fun way for people to learn how cells and viruses inside your body work. Who says science can't be fun? The only thing I didn't like about the game was the fact that the cells you're trying to infect can move off from one side of the board to the other and you can't. To keep it fair, you should be able to do the same thing as the virus. Then again, maybe that keeps the game more entertaining and challenging. Either way, it was a very fun, informative game. Nice work.
but too tedious
- needs perhaps different white blood cell types (eg. lymphocytes - firing antibodies?)
- needs power ups (immune system weakening drugs?!)
good game tho, mate!
3/5 7/10
It has a good start for a really great game but it needs to be longer. Here are some ideas if you plan on a sequal:
You could add diffrent types of enemies with diffrent attacks, speeds, and appearances (maybe they can shot stuff at you, or maybe make force fields to trap you)
You could add a larger variety of normal cells
Maybe when you blow up a cell some of the viruses could help you take down other cells on that level
Achievements
'N stuff
I kind of liked that game. IT got a little boring but it was a pretty good game overall.
It's not bad a bad game. It works well for what it is but there's a few things you could add to spice it up.
1) It's too short, I managed to beat it in a few minutes.
2) Vary enemy movemnt patterns. No matter how many white blood cells are on screen they can be clumped together by circling around the,.
3) It'd be nice to have a more noticeably different shape for the enemies.
4) It's kind of annoying that other cells can cross from one side of the screen to another but the virus can't.
5) Adding power ups might also add a considerable amount of variety to the game.
6) Sound would be nice.
I've seen much worse though. Keep honing your skills.
It needs something more. I thought the cells would explode and make more little viruses. Also the all out attack level was only 3 enemies, and I just ran circles around them. More upgrades, enemy types, and gameplay in general. Also found it annoying that the other cells could jump to the opposite side and I couldn't. Don't get me wrong, it's a well put together game just needs more to make it into my faves.
you might want to go back and revise this and submit it again
how long am i supposed to chase that green blob thing
it was very fun, and i enjoyed it a lot more than a lot of the other games i found on NG. namely the games that are, how we say, not worth their name :3 i especially enjoyed ur breif biology lesson and the personal messages that guided u thru out the game. i suspect that this is more of a proof of concept than an actual game, a hint of the massive game that will be showing up soon. i feel that what made this a great game was the personalized messages, the simplicity of the game as a whole, and the simple graphics. im not dissing on the graphics or saying that u need better graphics, im saying that as it was, it was all thats needed. no flashing lights or fancy designs, nothing. another aspect that made this a great little game was that every1 who plays (well, every1 who pays any attention at all lul) will learn a bit about viruses and a base understanding of the immune system.
it would be cool if u could keep the facets of the game listed above, but made it slightly longer. i think upgrades would make things a little too difficult to handle. just longer game, perhaps create a little story line for us as the virus (lol) and differentiating shapes for the antibodies vs prey vs allied viruses vs us as the player.
u lost a star for the single reason that there is just enough room for improvment that u can see it, but u cant really fill it up. if u know what i mean :3
i really did like the art and animation however in my opion i thought it was to easy and also to short but also there are some bugs when the cells are moving from the top part of the screen and go to the bottom they show up on both sides which makes the game glitch but for the sake of how the art was and animation i give it a 8
animation/art 10
coding/7
game length 4
overall good job!
Honestly I've seen it done much better than this. Infect evolve repeat was one of the best. you could learn something from that game.
once my virus gets so small I can't see it, but the cell still hasn't burst, how am I supposed to finish?
I liked it. It was fun, but there could have ben a bit more.
not fair.. the other cell can go through the wall, but mine cant.
n play some sound effect or music, so it not fell 2 boring
That's not how blood cells work!
I'm doing something like this for school now, but it's in gamemakr which will only export to .exe. is it possible to upload it on newgrounds anyway?
That is the WORST choice of colors I have ever seen. In one of the later levels (red background with a fluro green enemy) I was looking at the screen and when I looked up at the white wall behind my computer, it looked green because my eyes were still adjusting. Just looking at it was painful.
The gameplay itself is decent.
way too short way too easy nice cells though and it teaches you so thats why you get a 2 it would have been 0 but i like to learn your lucky other than that this game blows !
The fact that the germs you try to kill can go threw the side and come out the other end and not your self kinda seems unfair. Also make it so that instead if eating that green thing, when it latches onto a cell, make it so it gets bigger by that.
guys, really? he said in there that he tossed in some fiction so yeah, duh of course that's not how white blood cells work
besides that, great game. though a couple errors,
1. in the instructions, you said "I needs to control another cell to live" and I think it should be "It needs to control. . ."
2. you also wrote "viruse's" in the instructions whick should have been virus's
and it was a bit too short
umm...okayyyy
upgrades would be nice. The fact that all the cells are faster and more agile than you is ridiculous, also they can go through walls.
This is a concept that has been done to death before and much much better. The author didn't even bother to take a sample of a shitty 80's song and loop it in the background.
Love the game, it's very addictive^^
