Guys, get this straight! P-Bot can't be a female, he's a Portal Bot! He's job is to watch, check and BLAM bad flash submissions. So it's also up to his task to... "make" Newgrounds Tank Award, where those are later given to the best flash authors, as a proof that they are simply the best!
Now you know this, think about it, how hard job have our poor P-Bot.
