This was Porter's Valentines Day present!... A few days late. It's my first Flash animation, so it's allowed to suck, but I think it's adorably hilarious.
A nice subtle way to hint at someone that you like them!...

As for the side furniture stuff, there is a tutu hanging from the coat rack (because all hippos wear tutus,) and the sword hanging in the sheath is really an inside joke, (hippos with flaming swords, FTW!)
It was better synced to the music in the test, but uploaded it seems to run faster than it was supposed to (though apparently on some computers it may run differently than that,) and I don't know fancy stuff to line it up better yet as my knowledge is INCREDIBLY limited... it's not sound dependent anyway, so I'm not fretting over it.
The song in the background is called Promise, and it's from the Super Paper Mario soundtrack... (c) Nintendo... Woo!

It was quite well made and it was entertaining... it was very different I must add... quite short but still very good!
Thank you, very much! I don't really know much about Flash right now, so I was just toying around with the few things I knew for a quick first project to prove I learned something, haha. I was quite proud of how it turned out.
Different, haha... Yeah, that's what I was going for. =)

::Nice style:
This has some nice style to it, the colouring and the design of the hippo is welcomed nicely. The plot is cute, a hippo tells another hippo how they feel about them, you, the viewer; being the said hippo.

A nice effort, an original plot, some nice music and a cute design make this very enjoyable.

i like it
short and simple but it was pretty good, little humor thrown in too

That was cute!
That's great, especially if you are new to flash. There's just one thing. If you hadn't mentioned in your description that the object hanging from the coat rack was a pink tutu, I would have thought it was....something else.
Being on NG for any amount of time will do that to your mind. :D
Hahaha, I see that now! xD Silly me. I thought I drawing in the other side, but I never got around to it... I guess making it into a loop probably would have helped my cause...
