I work with flash over 2 years (i started at age 9, then let it fall some months, then started when i was 10, and now im 12) and i didn't submit anything. Why? cause im not good enough to submit a flash. Just train and train and when you got a masterpiece, submit it.
Not all flashes are masterpieces, you may think. But people love masterpieces, not that [KKK] and [DD] stuff. What i also hate are maze games. we got like 250 maze games already. and they are all boring. Here are my ratings:

It's quite funny, i've drawn exactly your style when i was a beginner at flash.
now i draw with a tablet and draw more details and a way smaller brush.

This was the first one I made in a class I'm taking and the teacher never really showed how to trim music or really add sound effects. So, I just submitted it to see how well it did and to see what i needed to improve upon. (other than the art.)

Art is pretty simple but it runs smooth and was kinda cute. For a first submission not all bad. I do hope to see improvement down the road.
