Picker's Pirates is a fixed-shooting game where you attempt to take on Pirates in the open waters!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Shoot enemy canon-fire out of the sky by aiming and clicking with your mouse
2. Once you reach a pre-determined "score", you'll be prompted to shoot the enemy boat out of the water
3. Let enemy canon-fire hit your canon 3 times and it's GAME OVER!!!
4. Let enemy canon-fire hit the beach 6 times and it's GAME OVER!!!

Have fun! It's my first Flash game, and was done for the company PICKER'S ALLEY (which I work for). So, don't mind the advertising at the beginning of the game. It can easily be clicked through (or viewed, if you want to check out some cheap music-merchandise at our Ebay store, or at our official website http://www.pickersalley.c om).

Thanks for playing. KIND suggestions are appreciated. If you "hate" the game...don't bother. This is a shared community where EVERYONE should have a good time, hate-free! ENJOY! :)

It was hard after a while

It was alot of fun shooting the bombs, I just wish the pirate ships had health bars so you could see how far they were from sinking insted of shooting for long periods of time at the bombs hoping the pirate ship will sink any minute.

Thanks for the input! :) That's a great idea actually, and I'd like to implement something like that in future iterations!!!

Good idea but boring...

Its a good idea for a game but it would get boring and repetitve very quickly...

Yeah, I hear you on the "repetitiveness" of the game. I literally had 2 to 3 weeks to hammer it out, and it was just meant as a "casual" game for the company I work for (a basic "let's do something different for 5 mintues" kinda game). Thanks for the input though

Has Potential...

But needs a little work. For one thing, the enemy cannon ball disappears before yours, when it should be more simultaneous. This is just my opinion, but it seems like your cannon should have fired more indirectly like the enemy cannon instead of directly.

Hmmm....I didn't notice the enemy cannon ball disappearing before mine. I'll have to look into that. Thanks for the input though. Good suggestions which could possibly lead to "upgrades" in the future :)

***EDIT: Oh, I see what you mean about the cannon ball disappearing. That was actually intentional. You see, in later levels when the enemy canon-fire is coming down ALOT FASTER & MORE FREQUENTLY, you can actually use a single shot to take out MULTIPLE enemy canon fire (if they happen to line up correctly for such a shot). That's the only reason I left it in like that...to make for some more interesting gameplay later on :)
