Pretty funny, I don't think it was as funny as your other one, but it was still pretty funny. I guess once you see balls drop out of a girls shorts then you don't think some other things are as funny. :p
Animation/Graphics - Your drawing style is really good and for the most part your animation style is really good. Very smooth animations and I really like the pictures that you used as a mix between real pictures and flash/animation graphics.
Story/Content - Funny, but wasn't too funny. Not really enough to actually make me laugh or anything like that, but just enough to make me smile. Other than that there really isn't much behind the flash. Just random funny things that happen. It might be a funny idea for one flash to have him tell a funny story and then have the guy be like... "Yeah man that just happened a week ago." Or something to that sort. Like the story would make the viewers think that it happened when he was a little kid, but in reality he just did it not too long ago. Just me brainstorming though. :p
Audio - Great voices and a good choice of audio. I do think you could have made the audio a little bit more ambient as it was sort of loud. Any louder and it would have drowned out the voices. It was almost at the point where it was a little distracting.
Overall - A good funny story.
