"Novice is for beginners"

Apparently not, because I'm getting my ass kicked, and I'm at least semi-positive I'm not THAT stupid.

Speaking of stupidity, why not allow 'undo move' when you get put into Checkmate? Surely you have to go out of your way to NOT allow it.

I admit to being impressed by this. I only wish there was sound. I couldn't get that too interested in this, though. It's mostly because I don't know how to play chess. I am not interested to learning how to, either. People who are should like this a lot more.

The graphics are quite nice. It looks just like an actual chessboard. Most people should be familiar with them by now. I'm too lazy to look at the tutorial. It just isn't for me.

"Introduce a little anarchy"
The opponent has a good database of games and a nice difficulty for us early players, but there's no variation. The opponent always reacts the same to any specific game. It's especially noticeable during openings. I don't know if this is true across all difficulties, though.

Absoulutely Awesome

fun as shit, but hard for a beginner like myself
