You can't remember the last time you left your room. When you receive a barcode reader in the mail, you discover that the world around you is not what it seems, and must escape the bars of black and white.

"Bars of Black and White" is a game in the room-escape tradition with hand-drawn line art graphics and novel barcode-scanning action. Is the world insane, or is it you?

This is one great work of art, many artists tried to develop games like this, only a little could do something as good as this. The graphical art is simplistic but beautiful, the environment and the atmosphere are perfect for the situation. THIS. IS. GOOD.

Made an account just to blast this retarded game.
1- Teletubbies are worthier of the "Horror" tag than this
2- Feel free to make drawn style graphics, but when you use it for game based on finding BAR CODES, that's just sad
3- 95% of the messages on the bar code are useless in any way
4- The only challenge would be to have to bear through the game to find all 30 bar codes
5- I think a lot of comments here are trolling people into playing what is a very simple and lackluster game

Rating: 1 star - A sympathy rating for the drawing effort

This game was very interesting and had a very unsettling feeling to go along with it. I really enjoyed the story line.
