You can't remember the last time you left your room. When you receive a barcode reader in the mail, you discover that the world around you is not what it seems, and must escape the bars of black and white.

"Bars of Black and White" is a game in the room-escape tradition with hand-drawn line art graphics and novel barcode-scanning action. Is the world insane, or is it you?

Seriously man...

WTF is up, now I've seen that a lot of people get this game and that's cool or whatever, but this crap isn't as obvious to other people. I'm seriously about to bash my f***ing monitor because this is so frustrating. I'm giving you ten stars because apparently this game is amazing, if you could just start me off after the pills and baseball bat I'd greatly appreciate it.

Good but too short...

I liked the idea of the game. Took a normal stuck in a room theme and added an underlying mind f**k to it. However the game was fairly simple in how to figure everything out and the graphics seemed hurried. I breezed through it fairly fast and would have like the game to continue on a little longer. The ending is simple and short yet fits the games synopsis. Overall I liked it because of it's difference from the norm.
