*edit* added in a permanent calibrate button. If you have a busy background behind the arrows it tends to throw off the motion detect. Being able to reset the calibration helps sometimes.
*double edit* if you are getting a white screen even though you have a webcam, right click on the flash and hit settings. Go to the camera tab and change the camera that is selected to another one, flash should now pick up your camera. Hopefully.
